I train based on client goals. We work together to achieve a level of physical and mental fitness that is the basis for a healthy, happy, fulfilled lifestyle. We incorporate strength training, cardio, multiplanar movements, and corrective exercise if needed. Outdoor training can be incorporated if the client requests it. My specialty is to Train for Adventure, with an outdoor lifestyle in mind.
I am CSEP Certified, with 14 years of dance background. My hobbies are hiking, mountaineering, climbing, trail riding and paddle boarding. I am also certified in TRX, Barre, and Stand Up Paddle Boarding. I am an OCC Field Leader Level 2 Hiking Guide. I love to bring my passions for fitness, outdoor adventure and food to my clients to show them new ways to be healthy and active.
I also offer small group circuit training. Bring a friend or a group of three and spilt the cost. I will design a variety of circuits that will be a mix of strength, endurance and cardio training. I am there to push each person to their full potential.
Cost is per month. I guarantee 2, 4 or 8 (60 min) sessions. If you have to miss a session, it is up to you to reschedule within that month. If you are unable to do so, you loose that session. If you fall suddenly ill, you will be given compassion within reason and we will work it out.
